Our Shop Services Include:

Blast Finishing

Versatile and highly effective, blast finishing can be as powerful or gentle as you need it to be. It’s equipped to blast stubborn rust and mill scale and delicate enough to remove paint without causing any damage to the surface below it. Blasting is used for finishing, cleaning, coating removal, surface preparation and surface treatment.

  • Abrasive blasting

  • Glass beading

  • Plastic media stripping

  • Soda blasting

  • Wheel blasting

  • Steel grit blasting

  • Vapor/wet blasting

  • Wheelabrator blasting

  • Degreasing/Cleaning

  • Ultrasonic Cleaning

  • Plating & Paint Rack Stripping

Thermal Deburring

When preparing or finishing a piece, smooth is always better. For consistent 100% burr or flash removal even in the hardest to reach areas, thermal deburring may be your answer.

Thermal energy deburring uses intense heat to vaporize internal, external and hidden burrs and flash without damaging dimensional features or threads. QS-9000/ISO-9002 Certified

  • Screw machine parts

  • Die castings

  • Fuel injectors

  • Valve bodies

  • Transmission components

  • Precision machined parts

Shot Peening

Shot peening is a cold working process that changes the mechanical properties of a surface by creating a layer of compressive residual stress. During the shot peening process, thousands of tiny, uniform shots acting as ball-peen hammers are propelled at the component surfaces at high energy, creating a uniformly dimpled surface that is able to better withstand fatigue cracks.

Shot peening prevents any further microcracks on a component’s surface and improves the life and strength of a component or part by creating a stronger surface that stands up to stress and fatigue. Certified to AMS-2430, MIL-13165 & AS9100D

Mass Finishing & Deburring

When preparing or finishing a piece, smooth is always better. For consistent 100% burr or flash removal even in the hardest to reach areas, thermal deburring may be your answer.

Mass finishing is the most effective and affordable way to finish a large number of parts at once. Its ultimate goal is to finish or prime parts for future finishing. Mass finishing can burnish, clean, polish, brighten, deburr, remove rust from or harden the surface of parts, among other capabilities.

Mass finishing comprises both vibratory and tumble finishing. With vibratory finishing, parts, media and compounds are placed into a tub or bowl. As the tub or bowl vibrates, friction between parts and media polishes or deburrs the parts all at the same time. In tumble finishing, parts are placed in a barrel with media and compounds. The barrel rotates, creating friction among its contents and effectively deburring the part’s surface.

Either method can be completed dry or wet and can be arranged as batch systems or continuous systems.

  • Screw machine parts

  • Plastic De-flashing and De-coating

  • Precision Hand Deburring

  • Descaling/De-rusting

  • Medical Deburring/De-flashing

  • Centrifugal Finishing

  • Polishing/Radiusing/Texturizing
